    Isabella Elena Carrozzi

    CO-FOUNDER, MANAGING DIRECTOR

    Based in Sydney, Australia, Isabella holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) from UNSW, Sydney. She has studied International Law at the Université Pantheon-Assas (Paris II) and is competent in various languages including English, French, Italian and beginner Japanese. Isabella has four years of legal experience in Australia, and two years of fashion experience in both Paris and Australia, working for LVMH, Christian Dior and Hermès. She is also an active member of the United Nations Association of Australia, NSW division. In 2025, Isabella will expand her teaching capabilities as a Lecturer at FBI Fashion College in Sydney, teaching the ‘Fashion Business Success’ course. In the summer of 2024-25, Isabella will complete a Summer Clerkship at top-tier law firm, Ashurst, and will subsequently be admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in 2025.

    Anaïs Chambrier

    CO-FOUNDER, DIRECTOR

    As a Director, and the Head of Africa, Anaïs runs all initiatives in our African division. Anaïs holds a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Business Management & Law) from the University of Westminster, a Master of Science at King’s College London, and a Master’s degree in Business and Entrepreneurship from the University of Cambridge. Anaïs speaks fluent English and French, and has lived in Washington D.C., Côte d’Ivoire, Gabon, the UK, and now resides in Paris, France. Anaïs has been working at LVMH HQ in Paris for more than year now in the People & Transformation department, first in Talent Management and now as Employer Brand Project Manager.

    Isabella Burgess

    DIRECTOR, SECRETARY

    Isabella joined The Étoile Foundation in early 2024 as a Volunteer, and has been promoted to Director due to her enthusiasm and skills aligning at a Co-Founder capacity. Isabella holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Health & Medical Sciences (majoring in Neuroscience) from the University of Adelaide, Australia. Isabella has also studied human rights law abroad at the University of Exeter. Professionally, Isabella works at Wotton + Kearney as a Paralegal across the General Liability, Financial Lines and Health Law practice teams. Isabella also has vital experience working with key stakeholders in government and in legislative reform with the Attorney-General’s Department as a regulatory officer. Isabella is currently completing her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice to soon be admitted as a Solicitor and Barrister in the Supreme Court of South Australia.

    Anaëlle Juquel

    CO-FOUNDER, MEMBER

    Based in Paris, France, Anaëlle is currently completing her Masters in Engineering, specialising in renewable energy and sustainable cities. She has lived in both Spain and Australia, and contributes to many ecological projects. Anaëlle currently works for L’Oréal

    Based in Kanagawa, Japan, Miyu studies Liberal Arts at Sophia University, with study abroad experience in Minnesota, US.
