We create age-appropriate, evidence-informed menstrual health education (available completely for free online) for girls, women, parents, carers, teachers and communities. We’re working hard to develop first-of-its-kind print products to further advance our menstrual education work.
From your first period to your 100th cycle, we want everyone to have the information they deserve, at no cost.

Because education means little if you don't have access to the products you need.
We manufacture and distribute sustainable menstrual products to communities experiencing period poverty, working with local organisations and partners to get products where they are needed most.

Because periods should never be something we whisper about - they’re a biological function!
Through campaigns, events, partnerships, research, storytelling and community, we are making menstrual health part of the conversation. We want menstrual health to move from the margins into the mainstream - from classrooms and workplaces to dinner tables, boardrooms and everywhere in between.
